Affiliate Manager Role

The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for autonomously managing a portfolio of affiliate programs for our clients. This includes leading client relationships, account strategy, and execution.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4+ years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network) and knowledge of and experience working with Affiliate Networks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing proactive affiliate marketing strategies and tactics based on client-specific goals
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs
  • Communicating performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & securing buy-in from decision-makers
  • Defining, monitoring, and analyzing trends in clients' metrics & KPIs
  • Producing forecasts, and setting budgets for the affiliate program
  • Executing creative and promotion changes based on content calendars
  • Leading all recruitment, activation, payment, compliance, and communication to affiliates
  • Building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with affiliates to negotiate placements and secure deals
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to grow affiliate performance through acquisition and retention tactics

Benefits and Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
