  • Perform thorough and timely clinical documentation and enter charges accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
  • Provide education to patients, families, and staff.
  • Supervise ancillary staff, students, and volunteers.
  • Advance clinical skills through ongoing education, literature review, and evidence-based practices.
  • Ensure adherence to national, state, and organizational regulatory guidelines.
  • Align personal work goals with the system\'s overall objectives to contribute to organizational success.
