Hospice Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an On Call RN. This role will provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family after normal business hours on an on-call basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family after normal business hours on an on-call basis
Manage an interdisciplinary group consisting of Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and support staff to enhance the quality of hospice care
Evaluate patient/family needs and assist in the preparation and execution of the plan of care for each patient
Maintain all assigned patient clinical records
About You:
We are looking for a nurse who is kind, empathetic, and has a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. You will have a current RN license and at least 1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
