Reconciliations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Reconciliations Specialist to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As a Reconciliations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clients' financial data.

About the Role

The Reconciliations Specialist will be responsible for reconciling and identifying discrepancies in financial statements, running monthly and quarterly investment reports, and ensuring client investment portfolios are accurately reflected in our system.

Responsibilities
  • Reconcile and identify discrepancies in financial statements
  • Run monthly and quarterly investment reports and review them for accuracy
  • Ensure client investment portfolios are accurately reflected in our system
  • Balance files and support year-end functions
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with reconciliations
  • General accounting experience sufficient to complete the tasks listed above
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including pivots and vlookups
  • A keen eye for detail and a disposition to work with others
  • Financial industry experience preferred

Salary Range: $49,000 - $55,000 based on experience. This is an in-office position.
