As an Acute Care APRN, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying and prioritizing patient needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient preferences
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
