We are looking for an Industrial Sales Support Specialist to enhance our operations at Integrated Automation, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming requests for quotes (RFQs) and process orders for both new and existing clientele.
  • Facilitate order placements with a variety of domestic and international vendors.
  • Oversee and maintain inventory levels in collaboration with multiple suppliers.
  • Handle customer invoicing, modifications to delivery dates, and ensure order fulfillment.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding orders and resolve any delivery-related issues.
  • Perform clerical tasks including documentation and filing.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and POS systems, with a willingness to learn.

  • A love for dogs is essential, as shop dogs are present daily.
