This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team, assisting in clinical support functions to promote a safe and compassionate patient care environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in carrying out patient care plans as directed by a registered nurse.
  • Provide patient physical care, including bed baths, toileting, grooming, and changing bed linen, in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and blood glucose levels, and perform other patient monitoring activities as required.
  • Prepare patients for meals and assist with feeding as needed.
  • Document patient care in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to established standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Recent experience and/or training in clinical patient care.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic skills in math and computer science.
  • Healthcare Provider CPR certification required.
