Soliant is seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school setting near Reading, PA. As an SLP with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and work with a collaborative and supportive team.
Responsibilities:
- Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs and develop individualized plans to support their progress.
- IEPs: Collaborate with special education staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student.
- Evaluations: Conduct regular evaluations to monitor students' progress and make data-driven decisions to inform instruction.
- Collaborations: Work closely with special education staff, teachers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support to students.
- Caseload: Manage a caseload of students with varying communication needs and develop strategies to support their progress.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Licensure: Active Pennsylvania State License.
