Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at CNY Family Care, LLP. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in a fast-paced family medicine setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain vital signs, room patients, and assist with the intake process
  • Perform ECGs and work closely with providers to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a team environment

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a certified Medical Assistant (MA) or LPN program
  • Prior experience in a busy medical office preferred, but not required
  • Strong critical thinking skills and excellent communication skills
