About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Harmony United Psychiatric Care.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services to patients with a variety of mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay current with advancements in psychotherapy and counseling through continuing education.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage & family therapy.
  • Active Florida license.
  • Work experience in an outpatient setting preferred.

Work Schedule:

As an Independent Contractor, you will have the flexibility to determine your working hours.

Offices are open Monday-Thursday for in-person and telehealth appointments, with the option to work 50% telemedicine from the beginning of employment.

Availability to work via telemedicine Friday-Sunday.

Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists.

We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above, treating each patient with compassion and respect.
