We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst Support Engineer to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our Systems Integration and Test team, you will be responsible for managing and implementing engineering lab strategic projects and day-to-day administrative functions within multiple engineering labs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Lab Operating Procedures (LOPs) and provide direction to lab users on established policies
- Coordinate and implement Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainment (EHS) initiatives, including Property and Metrology Management
- Perform cost analysis and ensure task completion within approved budgets
- Provide process support to Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Oversee audit/assessment preparation and develop corrective action plans
- Safeguard classified/proprietary material, hardware, and documentation
- Develop and implement communication plans and provide consulting support to functional and engineering customer management
- Work autonomously with limited oversight and provide professional input, guidance, and problem-solving
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 2 years experience
- Experience in an engineering lab environment, including safety, security, compliance, and/or property management
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical/electronic skills
- Experience with OSHA/NFPA industrial policies and regulations
- Experience working directly with engineers, technicians, and leadership in an engineering lab environment
- Experience with EHS, NISPOM, JAFAN, and Foreign Object Elimination
- Ability to build positive, lasting relationships with customers
