About the Role

Bespoke Careers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into construction documents for both interior and exterior systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the design team to develop and implement design concepts for various projects
  • Lead the design development and construction documentation phases of projects
  • Train and mentor junior team members on best practices for construction document preparation, specifications, and construction administration
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in hospitality project types
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Revit and other design software
  • Conduct quality control and document reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations

Requirements

  • Proven track record of executing technical aspects of high-end design projects
  • Experience with unique detailing and the ability to explain the process
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead large teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, and Google Suite
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in design and construction documents of single-family residential and commercial projects
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Registered Architect required
