Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Account Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and providing excellent customer service. This is a learning opportunity where new experts will develop skills and competencies in areas such as account management, customer education, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective and timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Build customer loyalty through account management and identify opportunities for additional products and services
  • Deliver exceptional customer service using resource documentation and training tools
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  • 6 months customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously
