We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home health team at GQR Global Markets, focused on providing personalized care to adult patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for adult patients.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to aid in patient recovery and improve mobility and independence.
  • Monitor patient progress regularly and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, holistic care.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and strategies to maintain physical health.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques to address pain management, strength training, and functional mobility.
  • Ensure proper documentation of patient care, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Requirements
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
