Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at OnPath Credit Union. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing our training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees at all levels within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning, organizational development, and process improvement. They will be able to motivate and influence senior-level executives, as well as foster collaboration across divisions and functions.

The Learning and Development Manager will work closely with department heads to identify individual and departmental training needs, and will be responsible for designing and conducting leadership training programs, as well as managing our Learning and Development budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Assess training needs and develop curriculum to meet organizational goals
  • Manage the Learning and Development budget and oversee the Learning and Development platform
  • Partner with department heads to identify individual and departmental training needs
  • Conduct training sessions using diverse methods, including classroom instruction, e-learning, and role-playing
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar or related field
  • Strong design and development experience
  • College degree
  • Ability to motivate and influence senior-level executives
  • Experience in process improvement, adult learning, and organizational development methodologies
