The Customer Advocate role at Safelite is a dynamic position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills. This individual will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a memorable experience through every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Welcome in-shop customers and resolve their concerns efficiently, often finding creative solutions.
  2. Manage incoming calls, emails, and faxes related to service issues, pricing, warranties, and more.
  3. Ensure smooth operations by confirming and completing work order information, including insurance verification and additional parts.
  4. Handle administrative tasks such as buyouts, invoices, work orders, and credit memos.
  5. Review orders from the national contact center and manage dealer part orders and special accounts.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in telephone operations or business administration.
  • Ability to provide world-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Present a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment when necessary.
  • Travel up to 10% may be required.
