Key Responsibilities- Supervisory Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
- Leadership Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership and direction to the team, ensuring the implementation of best practices and quality improvement initiatives.
- Organizational Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of participant records, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate integration between programs.
- Performance and Quality Improvement Responsibilities: Collaborate with directors and other stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures, participate in quality improvement activities, and champion change initiatives.
- Training Responsibilities: Provide training and education to nursing staff on clinical skills, quality improvement functions, and other relevant topics.
- Program Development and Project Management Responsibilities: Participate in the development of program areas that support nursing care, complex care management, and participant continuity of care.
- Nursing Responsibilities: Manage medication storage, administration, and adherence, monitor patient medication use, and provide participant care education and counseling.
- Education and Experience: Active California RN license, 3 years of RN experience, 1 year of supervisory experience, BA or equivalent degree, and BLS Certification.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, and experience with quality improvement initiatives.
This is a full-time position that requires working in person. The ideal candidate will have a valid California driver's license and automobile insurance.
