Key Responsibilities- Leading Culinary Operations: Oversee daily culinary production, ensuring the preparation and presentation of meals meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu concepts, ensuring they are aligned with our company's brand and customer preferences.
- Cost Control: Develop and implement strategies to control food costs, labor costs, and other expenses, ensuring we meet or exceed our financial targets.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, with a proven track record of success in leading high-volume, complex foodservice operations.
- Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
