As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will collaborate with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and coordinate treatment strategies within the MedSurg departments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating the efficient flow of patients, which encompasses screening, exam preparation, and general nursing care.
- Managing incoming calls, including phone triage when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- A minimum of two years of full-time MedSurg or equivalent Acute Care RN experience.
