Job Summary

We're seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Portland, Oregon.

As a Family Medicine Physician, you'll manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.

You'll treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits.

Continuous learning is encouraged through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.

Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
  • Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
  • Treat patients in-office or in testing centers
  • Conduct occasional tele-health visits
  • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
  • Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
Requirements
  • Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
  • Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages
  • Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year
  • State licensed in Oregon, obtained before start date
