We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Legacy Health. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with a dynamic healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of patient care from clinical history review to diagnosis and treatment
  • Collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team
  • Maintain your patient panel and share call coverage for the clinic
  • Uphold Legacy's Values in Action guidelines
Qualifications:
  • MD or DO with a four-year medical school or equivalent
  • Completion of internal or family medicine residency
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in internal or family medicine
  • Current Oregon state medical license, DEA certificate, and BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary: $285,000 to $305,000 with a two-year salary guarantee (1.00 FTE)
