Key Responsibilities- Assist with account management for a team of Client Executives, supporting transactions for complex or high-yield accounts.
- Communicate effectively with Brokers, Client Executives, Client Representatives, and internal stakeholders, drafting and sending correspondences as needed.
- Maintain the account management system and software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all posted information.
- Complete all necessary filings and documentation for account work and compliance purposes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Coordinate and organize large events, managing communications, creating agendas, and managing budgets.
- Draft and review presentations or deliverables for account work, ensuring accuracy and addressing all necessary topics or concerns.
- Conduct and collect satisfaction surveys for existing team accounts, developing reports to relay results to Client Executives.
- Be responsible for accounting matters, reconciling Accounts Receivable with Accounting differences and following up on all accounting-related gaps or issues.
- 1+ years of insurance experience servicing client accounts.
- Property & Casualty License for the state of Texas or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and a quick learner.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
- Must possess strong communication skills.
