Automotive Porter

Lexus of Wayzata is seeking a skilled Lot Porter to maintain the appearance and organization of our dealership lot.

This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the automotive industry.

As a Lot Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dealership lot is clean, organized, and presents a professional image to our customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to keep vehicles clean and presentable for customers, as well as assisting with various other tasks around the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot
• Move vehicles to designated areas as needed
• Wash, dry, and detail vehicles to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
• Vacuum and clean interiors of vehicles
• Ensure all vehicles have accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Assist with lot inventory and vehicle management
• Report any damage or mechanical issues to management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of automotive detailing/cleaning techniques
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
