Compensation: The salary range for associates at Burke is between $140,000 and $215,000, complemented by annual performance-based bonuses. For income partners, the compensation ranges from $216,000 to $315,000, along with discretionary bonuses. Actual salaries will be determined based on the candidate's years of practice and experience.
Work Environment: Burke promotes a hybrid work model and provides an annual telecommute budget to facilitate remote work. The firm has a billable hour requirement of 1850 hours. Our attorneys benefit from competitive health insurance, a 401(k) plan with partial matching, and eligibility for annual discretionary and billable hour bonuses.
