Job Title: General Manager

Cascade Remediation Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our remediation services division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients to grow revenue and expand our services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
  • Oversee project management, including planning, organization, and execution of remediation projects.
  • Lead and manage a team of subordinate managers and supervisors to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and review company performance, including financials, safety, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement sales projections, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 4-15 years of experience in environmental services, with 10 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of success in project management, accounting, finance, marketing, sales, and contracts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information to top management, public groups, and regulatory agencies.
