About the Role

Empower Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a highly skilled BCaBA to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist in Autism Services.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will provide behavior-analytic services in accordance with the BACB, supervise RBTs and other individuals implementing behavioral interventions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of ABA literature. This role offers opportunities for growth and development in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinic-based ABA services to patients as assigned
  • Supervise implementation of treatment plans to ensure satisfactory protocols
  • Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs for clients
  • Conduct descriptive and functional analyses as part of functional assessments
  • Write behavior intervention plans for behavior reduction targets
  • Implement and supervise data collection systems
  • Graph and interpret behavioral data, adjusting treatment protocol accordingly
  • Evaluate and report client progress toward treatment goals
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board certification and licensure as a BCaBA in Texas
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities
