Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team as an Autism Services Specialist. This role will involve providing high-quality behavioral services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field is required, along with board certification and licensure as a BCaBA.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized behavior acquisition programs for clients
- Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires
- Write and update client treatment plans in accordance with best practice and insurance guidelines
- Provide behavioral support during interdisciplinary therapy sessions and other activities
- Evaluate and report client progress toward treatment goals
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Board certification and licensure as a BCaBA
- At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 28 days of paid time off annually, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and a 401K option.
