We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team of highly skilled clinicians at Pediatrix Medical Group. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill neonates and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medical management of critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU setting
  • Collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of neonates to identify potential health risks and develop strategies for prevention and intervention
  • Develop and implement educational programs for families and healthcare professionals on neonatal care and health promotion
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
Requirements
  • Current APRN national specialty certification
  • Minimum of a master's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in neonatal care
