Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead daily operations and strategic initiatives for Consumer Brands.
  • Enhance sales through the creation and implementation of multi-channel strategies.
  • Strategically oversee the global supply chain framework.
  • Influence product innovation and development.
  • Guide the Brands team towards achieving operational success.
  • Ensure consistent positive returns on investments and overall brand profitability.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on future brand strategies and direction.
  • Work alongside operational leadership on processes and implementation within the broader organization.
  • Manage relationships with key partners, including mass merchants, distributors, international accounts, and OEM partners.
  • Drive sales growth and performance outcomes.
  • Optimize the supply chain by identifying new partnerships and executing supply chain strategies.
  • Maintain supplier performance metrics and address product quality control challenges.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of new items and annual projects.
  • Manage the re-sourcing of existing projects and initiate new project sourcing.
  • Oversee packaging development, including tariff, HTS, and trademark research.
  • Address issues related to excess and inactive inventory and coordinate solutions for product movement.
  • Plan and execute high-level trade shows and consumer events.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives and their implementation.
  • Lead and mentor Brands team members to drive results across all areas.
  • Travel for consumer events, trade shows, and partner meetings, expected 6-12 times per year.
