Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Expert to join our team at COLSA Corporation. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support for Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS), ensuring the smooth operation of these critical systems.

About the Role:

  • Provide on-site system administration for FRCS, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with government customers and vendors to address technical requirements and resolve operational deficiencies.
  • Configure and implement industrial control system solutions, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Supervisory, Control, and Data Acquisition (SCADA), building automation, and process control.
  • Conduct daily operations, system upgrades, and preventative maintenance for assigned FRCS, ensuring data requirements meet specifications.
  • Monitor and test FRCS to ensure proper functionality, identifying and resolving operational and technical issues as needed.
  • Identify, order, receive, and track parts for FRCS, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10-20 years of related experience in facility-related control systems.
  • Knowledge and experience with SCADA software and PLCs.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, with US citizenship required.
  • Working knowledge of desktop applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with hardening of Field Points of Contacts (FPOC) and Building Point of Contacts (BPOC).
  • One or more of the following certifications: IEC 62443 Fundamental Specialist Certificate, GIAC Security Essentials Certification, or GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP).

About the Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
