Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to take on a pivotal role in our innovative firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the conception, development, and execution of exceptional design projects. This position emphasizes sustainable and industrial design, requiring a versatile architect with a profound understanding of commercial and industrial architecture nuances.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and design architectural plans for commercial and industrial projects, employing innovative and sustainable design methodologies.
2. Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software to produce detailed architectural designs.
3. Coordinate and manage project teams throughout the design and implementation phases.
4. Conduct site and space planning to optimize space utilization and ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet and exceed project requirements.
6. Present design proposals and detailed plans to clients and stakeholders.
7. Ensure all architectural designs comply with regulatory and safety standards.
8. Research and implement new design techniques, technologies, and materials to enhance project outcomes.
9. Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, focusing on commercial and industrial projects.
3. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software.
4. Proven experience in project management, site planning, and space planning.
5. Solid understanding and application of sustainable design principles.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
8. Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet stringent deadlines.
