Job Responsibilities: As an RN on our team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Evaluating patients' physical and emotional needs, and developing personalized care plans to address these needs
  • Delivering skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and comprehensive patient care

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A valid RN license in the state where you will be working
  • A degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program
  • At least one year of experience as a registered nurse
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and improving patient outcomes

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
