Key Responsibilities- Assist with direct patient care needs, including activities of daily living, positioning, and mobilization.
- Contribute to a healing environment by fostering respect, kindness, and cultural sensitivity.
- Collaborate with the RN to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist with patient data collection, specimen collection, and equipment preparation.
- Support a Culture of Safety by identifying and mitigating risks.
- Certification as a nursing assistant required upon hire.
- Bi-lingual skills preferred.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
