Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with direct patient care needs, including activities of daily living, positioning, and mobilization.
  • Contribute to a healing environment by fostering respect, kindness, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Collaborate with the RN to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Assist with patient data collection, specimen collection, and equipment preparation.
  • Support a Culture of Safety by identifying and mitigating risks.
Requirements
  • Certification as a nursing assistant required upon hire.
  • Bi-lingual skills preferred.
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
