Job Overview
The Director, Medical Development, Oncology will play a key role in leading the development of new cancer therapies at Volastra Therapeutics.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Chief Medical Officer to lead the development of new cancer therapies

- Provide updates on program progress to senior management and stakeholders and assist with executive-level presentations and communications
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a drug development role in a pharmaceutical or biotech company
- ~3+ years of oncology development program management experience working on clinical stage programs
- ~ Understanding of the drug development process from target identification to marketing authorization
Salary Range
The estimated salary for this role is around $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.
