Artificial Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Artificial Intelligence Specialist to join our team at Flagship Pioneering in Cambridge, MA. This role comes with a salary range of $110,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
In this position, you will work closely with experimental scientists to develop AI-driven solutions that transform industries. You will design and implement novel algorithms, work closely with experimental groups to integrate modeling efforts into high-impact applications, and present progress from scientific work in regular research meetings.
The ideal candidate will have a PhD in computer science or a related field, experience developing, debugging, and applying models using modern deep learning frameworks on GPUs in cloud environments, proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or JAX, and a desire to work across the entire data stack, from data ingest to model deployment.
