Role Summary: As a Pediatric ICU Nurse Practitioner with Palm Health Resources, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to children in need. Your expertise in pediatric critical care will enable you to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities: Perform lumbar punctures, femoral central venous line placements, peripheral arterial line placements, and intubation as needed. Manage ventilators using Servo, LTV, and Trilogy vents. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements: Current licensure as a nurse practitioner in Texas (or be 'in process'). At least one year of experience in pediatric critical care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
