The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Operations Coordinator is to oversee the shipping and receiving functions of the warehouse team. This includes ensuring that materials are properly received and stored to support parts and service operations. Additionally, the Warehouse Operations Coordinator will manage shipping activities for our clients, vendors, and suppliers, while also ensuring accurate inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with safety training and regulations.
  • Organize and participate in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory counts, documentation, storage, and maintenance.
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff, delegating tasks effectively.
  • Schedule, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch; manage loading and oversee delivery logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, assisting management in establishing warehouse standards and protocols.
  • Ensure routine maintenance and servicing of warehouse equipment.
  • Uphold health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
  • Assist in conducting physical inventory counts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
