Customer Support Associates collaborate closely with both wholesale and retail clients to assess their requirements, respond to inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams offerings, and suggest appropriate solutions.
They are also responsible for swiftly addressing any customer issues and ensuring optimal client satisfaction while remaining informed about product features and upholding the high quality and aesthetic standards of the merchandise and store.
Customer Support Associates are expected to deliver outstanding customer service while consistently achieving the store's sales objectives.
