Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Assembly Specialist to join our team in a fully on-site manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electro-mechanical assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, soldering equipment, and other assembly tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct PCB layout assembly, including component placement, soldering, and inspection, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise, collaborating with engineering and production teams to implement solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  • Adhere to production schedules and deadlines, meeting or exceeding productivity and quality targets.
  • Document assembly processes, procedures, and any deviations for future reference and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, with a focus on PCB layout assembly (printed circuit boards).
  • Strong understanding of electronic components, PCB assembly techniques, and soldering practices.
  • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
  • Experience with hand and power tools commonly used in assembly processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Familiarity with IPC standards and industry best practices is preferred.
