Our Guest Environment Experts are proficient in various housekeeping tasks, responsible for upholding the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the entire establishment.
They are encouraged to navigate their environment and take initiative in their duties.Whether fulfilling guest requests, replenishing supplies, tidying rooms and communal areas, or undertaking similar tasks, the Guest Environment Expert ensures that the hotel’s ambiance contributes positively to the guest experience.
Regardless of your role, certain elements are essential for success: maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, preserving confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and ensuring that your appearance and communication remain professional.
Guest Environment Experts will be active throughout their shifts, engaging in various physical activities (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and taking a hands-on approach to their responsibilities (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance).
Executing these tasks effectively (along with other reasonable job duties as assigned) is crucial for Guest Environment Experts to meet the expectations of our guests and support our business objectives consistently.
