Position Overview: This role is focused on providing high-quality care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment. The ideal candidate will hold a valid New Mexico nursing license and have a minimum of two years of recent experience in a similar setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding patient care with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Qualifications:

  • Current New Mexico LPN license or in the process of obtaining.
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in LTC/SNF.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to provide two clinical references.
  • Must pass background and drug screening upon offer acceptance.
