The selected candidate will collaborate closely with an on-site faculty member to deliver exceptional patient care within the pediatric and neonatal intensive care settings. As our pediatric service line continues to evolve, we require advanced pharmacy expertise to support our growth initiatives.

This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with a well-established pediatric pharmacy program, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals across both inpatient and outpatient pediatric services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary focus on the neonatal intensive care unit, with additional responsibilities in other pediatric areas as needed.
  • Engagement in pharmacy-related projects and participation in multidisciplinary committees.
  • Mentorship of student pharmacists and pharmacy residents.
  • Work schedule consists of an 8-on/6-off rotation, inclusive of full-time benefits.
  • Weekend responsibilities will be centered on providing specialized care in pediatrics.

Qualifications:

  • A pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution is mandatory.
  • Completion of a PGY1 pharmacy residency is required.
  • Pharmacy licensure or eligibility in the relevant state is essential.
  • A PGY2 residency in Pediatrics or equivalent experience is necessary.
