Job Overview

The Engineering Department at FutureRecruit is looking for a Lead Civil Engineering Specialist to join our team in either White Plains, NY or Stamford, CT. This role is pivotal in the design and oversight of a diverse array of land development projects for both municipal and private sector clients. The selected candidate will thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment, contributing to the future development of the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and assist in the preparation of site/civil engineering drawings, specifications, and reports for projects within the Hudson Valley and Connecticut.
  • Manage project responsibilities, including task management, scheduling, and budget oversight.
  • Conduct construction administration duties, including regular site visits to ongoing construction projects.
  • Facilitate daily project communication and coordination with clients and other design professionals.
  • Participate in and lead proposal writing and project pursuits.
  • Provide guidance, delegation, mentoring, and training to junior engineers.
