Senior Scrum Master

At Amadeus North America, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to join our team. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in accelerating the flow of value delivery at Agile team level, through embracing and promoting Lean-Agile values and principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach teams on Agile practices and Lean-Agile mindset
  • Implement Agile (Scrum, Kanban) best practices with new teams and coach them to maturity
  • Act as a key change agent related to Agile transformation efforts
  • Serve as a thought leader within our Agile Community of Practice
  • Coach teams to improve predictability and transparency
  • Coach individuals and teams to optimize their flow of value
  • Coach individuals and teams on the criteria for Epics, Features, Backlog Items, and Bugs
  • Coach individuals and teams to monitor metrics and analytics using real-time data and dashboards
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies at team level
  • Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a ScrumMaster, Product Owner, RTE, or Kanban Coach
  • Experience working with multiple Agile teams working from a single product backlog in a scaled environment
  • Experience with tools such as Azure Dev Ops (ADO), Jira, Rally, VersionOne, etc
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Experience querying data and building reports using PowerBI
  • Certifications from Scrum.org, PMI, SAFe, Scrum Alliance, LeSS, or similar
  • Experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels, including the executive level
  • Expert understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and what makes them different
  • Expert understanding of project management principles and practices
  • Experience overseeing multiple cross-functional teams with at least 5-7 team members each
