Operations Manager Role Overview

The Operations Manager for Liberty Avenue Venues plays a crucial role in fostering a professional, inviting, and friendly environment for all artists, presenters, and guests visiting the Performance Venues. This position entails direct engagement with visitors as well as artists and presenters, encompassing customer service, stage management responsibilities, and overall venue oversight.

  • Overseeing facility maintenance operations
  • Supporting event scheduling processes
  • Facilitating show settlement activities
  • Collaborating with external vendors
  • Maintaining a flexible work schedule

The ideal candidate will be an adept problem solver, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fields such as business administration, venue oversight, arts management, project coordination, artist management, or production oversight is required.

A degree in operations management, event management, business administration, theater management, theater production, or a related discipline is preferred. The compensation for this role begins at $45,000.
