**Contexte et Mission**

Intégré au sein de la Direction Générale Adjointe dédiée aux Services Techniques et à la Proximité, vous travaillerez sous la supervision du Responsable du Pôle Maîtrise d'Oeuvre. Votre mission principale consiste à réaliser des études d'aménagements routiers, d'assainissement et d'espaces publics en respectant une méthodologie de projet rigoureuse (esquisses, APS, APD, PRO, DCE, ACT). Vous serez également chargé d'animer la concertation des projets avec les différents services concernés, notamment la Maîtrise d'Ouvrage et les services gestionnaires.

Votre rôle inclut la production de plans et de métrés d'études, ainsi que la rédaction des documents techniques nécessaires aux marchés de travaux, tels que le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP), le bordereau des prix et le détail estimatif. Vous serez responsable de la rédaction des permis d'aménager et des consultations pour des missions annexes, notamment en matière de sécurité et de protection de la santé.

**Suivi et Gestion des Travaux**

Vous assurerez le suivi des travaux, en supervisant la direction et l'exécution des opérations, ainsi que les étapes préalables à la réception. Cela inclut un suivi technique (plannings, sécurité, qualité), administratif et financier (élaboration des situations, tableaux de bord financiers), ainsi que la réception et le contrôle des travaux réalisés. Une veille territoriale sera également nécessaire pour garantir l'actualisation des connaissances dans le domaine.

**Profil Recherché**

Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Baccalauréat +2 minimum ou équivalent dans le domaine des voiries et réseaux divers. Vous maîtrisez les normes constructives en VRD ainsi que les réglementations de sécurité et d'accessibilité. Votre esprit d'initiative et votre capacité à travailler en concertation sont des atouts majeurs. Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils AUTOCAD et COVADIS, et vous possédez une expérience significative dans les marchés publics.

Autonome, méthodique et rigoureux, vous savez rendre compte à votre hiérarchie tout en appréciant le travail en équipe. La possession du permis B est requise. Une expérience sur un poste similaire serait un plus.
