We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot, Owner Services Citation M2, Houston TX to join our team at Txtav. As a key member of our flight operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional on-site flight support to our valued clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Enhance the ownership experience by providing expert product knowledge on Citation and King Air systems, avionics, and flying characteristics.
  • Act as a liaison between the owner and Textron Aviation to ensure that the concerns of all parties are fairly represented.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with the owner regarding Pilot-In-Command responsibilities, standards of safe operations, and efficient methods of aircraft utilization.
  • Perform preflight and post-flight inspections to evaluate aircraft flown for mechanical and cosmetic discrepancies.
  • Work with the maintenance manager to ensure that aircraft flown are scheduled for required inspections and meet all travel requirements.
  • Maintain familiarity with all applicable FAA and ICAO regulations and comply with all regulations and local operating procedures.
  • Ensure training and flight currency for all phases of operations.
  • Perform vital day-to-day department management duties such as maintaining aircraft flight logs and updating aircraft navigation equipment.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Aerospace-related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to obtain a valid US passport and FAA First Class medical.
  • Airline Transport Pilot certification and demonstrated piloting skills higher than the minimums stated from the appropriate Practical Test Standards.
  • 3,000 Total Logged Flying Hours, including 1,000 Hours in Turbo Prop, Turbo Fan, or Turbo Jet Aircraft.
  • International operating experience preferred.
