Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team at Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.

To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with experience in handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a fair and unbiased manner.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 2+ years of related experience in a customer-facing role.

The hourly target range for this position is $25.00 to $28.00, with opportunities for bonuses and career advancement within the company.
