Position Overview:
We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to become a vital part of our production team. This role is essential for those who are passionate about teamwork and providing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage in harvest operations including preparation, drying, shelling, and product unloading.
2. Execute various tasks related to plant, field, and warehouse operations that adapt with the seasons.
3. Monitor automated equipment for processes such as harvesting, conditioning, and packing.
4. Participate in product return and sorting tasks.
5. Assist in conditioning activities including sizing, packaging, and palletizing.
6. Conduct field activities such as scouting and inspection.
7. Utilize automation and computerized systems for task execution.
8. Perform warehouse duties including forklift operation and sample collection.
9. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED or willingness to obtain GED within twelve months of hire.

Essential Skills:
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficient with technology and comfortable using Microsoft Applications.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Valid US Driver's License.
- Team-oriented with proactive communication skills.
- Commitment to health and safety standards.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime during peak seasons.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Two-Year Technical or Associate Degree.
- Experience in operations, manufacturing, or agriculture.
- Familiarity with LEAN Manufacturing principles.
- General knowledge of agricultural equipment.
