Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in receiving, storing, and shipping products to meet customer demands.

• Order Fulfillment: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Inventory Control: Receive and process warehouse stock products, perform inventory controls, and maintain quality standards.
• Loading and Unloading: Load and unload products from deliveries, and rotate stock to ensure optimal space utilization.
• Customer Service: Support sales efforts at our store, assist customers with product inquiries, and provide exceptional service.

• Age: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
• Lifting Ability: Able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Schedule Flexibility: Willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Driver's License: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Material Handling Experience: At least one year of work experience using material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Customer Service Experience: At least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
